The Cube by Electrolux completely sold out its three-month stay in Brussels offering a unique dining experience with a breath-taking view over the city skyline.

A special way to celebrate 90 years of professional expertise, it demonstrates our strong links with professional kitchens and how that experience and innovation is carried through into developing appliances for your home.

THE EXPERIENCE

From March to July 2011, the modern, angular structure of The Cube by Electrolux shone in dramatic contrast with the historic triumphal arch completed in 1905.

After enjoying a refreshing aperitif and watching the crowds in the Parc du Cinquantenaire, the guests were treated to an intimate insight into the workings of a professional kitchen, watching the chefs create the dishes they were about to savour.

The two Michelin-starred chefs each created an exclusive three-course menus, with wine flights to compliment the flavours in each dish.

The Chefs

Almost half of Europe’s Michelin-starred chefs use Electrolux appliances in their restaurants every day and we were delighted to have two of Belgium’s top talents cooking at The Cube by Electrolux in Brussels.

Renowned master chefs Bart de Pooter from De Pastorale in Reet and Sang-Hoon Degeimbre of L'Air Du Temps in Noville-sur- Mehaigne demonstrated their skills and shared tips with the guests.
