From March to July 2011, the modern, angular structure of The Cube by Electrolux shone in dramatic contrast with the historic triumphal arch completed in 1905.
After enjoying a refreshing aperitif and watching the crowds in the Parc du Cinquantenaire, the guests were treated to an intimate insight into the workings of a professional kitchen, watching the chefs create the dishes they were about to savour.
